Everything related to your account can be found on the MyWater site. Some of the most used features include:
Billing and Payment Information
MyWater provides you with access to all your important account information, including account balance, due date, and late payment alerts. You can also view your current bill, pay your bill, and enroll (or unenroll) in auto pay and paperless billing.
Make Changes to Your Water Service
This includes turning your water service on or off when you move in or out, updating contact information, and choosing how to be notified in the case of an emergency (phone, text, email).
Other Helpful Features

Our recurring auto pay program saves you time and money by not having to write checks, use stamps, or mail your payment in. Your bill will be paid automatically each month from your savings or checking account on the date it is due. You just need to go to MyWater at mywater.amwater.com to enroll. And, best yet – it’s free!
Pay Your Bill Online
You can also pay your bill online with an e-check, credit card, or debit card. Our payment partner, Paymentus, charges a $1.95 charge per transaction fee for e-checks, debit or credit card payments, although there is no charge to pay by e-check through MyWater.
Pay By Mail
You can pay by mail by sending your check to Indiana American Water, P.O. Box 6029, Carol Stream, IL 60197-6029. No cash, staples or paper clips, please.
Pay By Phone 24/7
You can call 1-855-748-6066 to pay by e-check, credit card and debit card. Our payment partner, Paymentus, does charge a $1.95 transaction fee. Make sure to have your account number on hand when you call.
Pay in Person
Visit Indiana American Water’s website to find an authorized payment location. Under Customer Service & Billing, select Billing Payment Info to search for our Pay In Person locations around the state.
